Kelsey
Kelsey is in her second year with the Edmonton Rush's Crush Dance Team, but since the start of the 2007 NLL season, she has enjoyed a dual role with the club. Not only is Kelsey part of game nights on the floor with the rest of the Crush, she works in the Rush front office in ticket sales.

"It's really exciting to see how things are done behind the scenes," said the native of Stony Plain, Alberta.

"Last year I was there and everything was happening around me. Now this year being part of the whole experience is awesome. I really get to see what it takes to make everything come together."

Kelsey has been a great addition to the ticket sales team with her energy, spirit and willingness to come through for her clients. It's the same sort of attitude that she brings to the Crush for each performance.

"I love being in front of the fans who are by far the best and loudest in the league," said Kelsey, who studied jazz and ballet dancing for 11 years.

"Right before we go on it's a little nerve-racking but once we get going it's really thrilling."

Kelsey is the most active member of the Crush Dance Team getting out into the community to support of a number of great causes. She has taken part in Read-In Week where city leaders and sports celebrities visit schools to read to young students, a fundraiser with Edmonton firefighters to support research for Muscular Dystrophy, and the Weekend to End Breast Cancer 60 km walkathon.
