Edmonton, AB - With training camp opening this weekend, the Rush are happy to announce the signing of local player and 2 year team veteran, Jimmy Quinlan, to a 2 year agreement.

Quinlan finished the 2007 season second in team scoring, set a franchise-high with 15 power-play assists, and was second with 74 loose balls. He sits atop the Rush's all-time scoring list with 94 points in 32 games and has registered one point in all but one game in team history. Quinlan also received the Rush's Community Service Award in 2007.

"Quinlan is great in the community and has become a fan favourite. We are thrilled that Jimmy will be with us for at least the next 2 years." said Rush President Duane Vienneau.

The Rush begin training camp this weekend in preparation for their 3rd season in the NLL at the Trans Alta Tri-Leisure Centre in Spruce Grove. Please see below for times:
