
The Buffalo Bandits acquired All-Star forward Mike Accursi from the Edmonton Rush in exchange for veteran forward Dan Teat, Buffalo's second round selection in the 2008 Entry Draft, and Buffalo's first round selection in the 2009 Entry Draft.
Accursi, who was acquired by the Rush in July from Rochester in exchange for a first round selection in the 2009 Entry Draft, has scored 11 goals in nine games this season. The 11-year veteran previously played five seasons for Buffalo and three seasons for Rochester. The 33-year-old right-hander has scored 264 in 144 career games.
Teat, a 12-year veteran forward, has played the last four seasons in Buffalo. The 36-year-old right-hander has scored 250 goals in 161 career games.
